DELIVERY.
1.1 We use several couriers to deliver our parts, and always aim to deliver for the next day, subject to stock and the time the order was received, except Saturday and Sunday,
1.2 All deliveries wii require a signature. Please ensure that you can sign for the parcel between 830 am to 6.00 pm.
1.3 Before accepting delivery please check the item isn't damaged. Once signed for, our couriers accept no liability for any potential damage caused in transit. By accepting the goods, you are signing to say that they have been received in good condition.
1.4 Any refused deliveries will be checked upon their return and we reserve the right to charge an administration fee if they are found not to be faulty or damaged.
1.5 Any orders received after 1.00 pm cannot be guaranteed for next day delivery.
1.6 We accept no liability for costs incurred as a result of non or delayed delivery.
1.7 Our delivery costs are for UK mainland only; i.e. England, Wales and parts of Scotland. Delivery to the Highlands and Islands, Ireland, and the Channel Islands are subject to separate delivery charges,
RETURNS PROCEDURE.
2.1 Sunbedparts.co.uk must be informed by email of any items that you wish to be returned for credit or exchange within 7 working days commencing the day after delivery.
2.2 You will be issued with a returns number, which must be quoted on all corresspondence.
2.3 All returns must be in the original packaging and have all relevant paperwork enclosed including the returns number.
2.4 The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer.
2.5 Parts ordered to customer's specification cannot be returned unless the goods are not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose or not as originally described.
2.6 All orders that have been corrcetly supplied, and are cancelled or returned, will be subject to a 20% restocking and administration charge.
2.7 Any shortfall or damage to the goods must be notified as soon as is reasonably possible following receipt of the goods.
2.8 We reserve the right to refuse a refund where any of the conditions have not been met.
2.9 All items ordered via our website should be returned to our warehouse at the address shown on our website.
